Engage RevEngine is an AI agent that assists buyers on your website 24/7 using content indexed from your pages. Engage answers questions, captures contact details when shared, and turns conversations into sales intelligence for your team.
What Engage does
- Engage answers website visitors from the pages it has indexed on your site.
- Engage assists buyers 24/7, including when no SDR is watching the website.
- Engage captures name, email, and phone when a visitor offers them, and records the conversation for your team.
- Engage may offer the call-to-action link you configure when a visitor is talking about a demo, trial, or pricing.
- Engage emails your chosen recipients when a lead leaves contact details.
What Engage does not do
- Not a CRM. Engage records conversations and emails your chosen recipients when a visitor shares contact details. On Growth and Scale, Engage can send captured leads to HubSpot when a visitor shares an email and HubSpot is connected. Engage does not replace your system of record.
- Not a support desk. Engage is built for buyer conversations, not ticket deflection or a staffed live-agent queue.
- No live human takeover. There is no shared inbox where a rep steps into an active conversation.
- No built-in calendar booking. Operators point the call-to-action at any URL they choose, including their own scheduling link.
- Not a content writer or page scorer. Drafting is Craft. Scoring pages for AI citation is Surface.
Who it is for
Engage fits B2B revenue teams that already publish useful content and receive inbound they cannot cover around the clock. If your primary requirement is a staffed support inbox, a live-agent queue, or ticket deflection, Engage is not the right product.
How answers stay grounded
Engage answers from pages it has crawled and indexed from your website, plus the primary facts you enter in the portal. Operators control the corpus: you can exclude URLs from crawling and deactivate individual indexed pages. When the indexed content does not support an answer, Engage declines rather than inventing one.
What visitors experience
Visitors open the widget, see your greeting and optional quick replies, and receive answers from indexed pages. Engage uses the tone you set under AI instructions. Engage does not run a scripted decision tree.
What happens next when a call-to-action is offered. The visitor sees a clickable button next to the assistant reply. The button uses the label and URL you set. It opens that URL; it does not book a meeting unless that URL is your scheduling page. When indexed pages cannot support an answer and the call-to-action is enabled, Engage may show the same button on the decline instead of guessing.
How Engage differs from Intercom, Drift, Qualified, or a standard chatbot
Engage is a 24/7 buyer agent grounded in crawled pages on your site. Support inboxes, live-agent queues, and scripted or flow-based chatbots are a different product class. Engage answers from indexed content, declines when that content does not support an answer, captures name, email, and phone, and does not include live human takeover or native calendar booking.
How much control you have
Operators choose which URLs to crawl, deactivate indexed pages, set primary facts and critical instructions, and configure greeting, tone, branding, and the call-to-action. Engage does not invent answers from training data. Greeting targeting and page on/off controls are not a per-page widget kill switch.
Thin or outdated content
Thin or missing coverage makes Engage decline rather than invent. Outdated answers stay until you recrawl. Surface and Craft improve the public pages; Engage uses those pages only after you publish and Engage crawls again.
