This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit scale2rev.com (the "Website") or engage with Scale2Rev, LLC in a commercial capacity.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the personal data that our business clients collect from their own website visitors or end-users using our cloud tools. Our processing of data on behalf of our corporate clients is strictly governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) located at scale2rev.com/legal/data-processing-addendum.
1. THE ARCHITECTURAL DISTINCTION: CONTROLLER VS. PROCESSOR
To understand how your data is handled, it is essential to distinguish between our two operational positions:

We act as the Data Controller for this administrative and marketing data.
- Scale2Rev as a Data Processor: When our corporate clients utilize our proprietary artificial intelligence capabilities or software platforms (the "Services") within their own commercial pipelines or digital properties, they act as the Data Controller. Scale2Rev handles that end-user information strictly as a Data Processor under the explicit directives of our
scale2rev.com/legal/data-processing-addendum.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information about you in three primary ways: information you provide voluntarily, information collected automatically through technical integrations, and information gathered via authorized third parties.
A. Information Provided Voluntarily by You

- Subscription Purchases & Billing Information: All subscription payment transactions are handled directly and exclusively by our designated secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Scale2Rev, LLC does not collect, view, process, or store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or raw purchase credentials. All financial information is input directly into our third-party payment processor's secure infrastructure, and their handling of your transactional data is governed solely by that payment processor's respective privacy policy.
- Communications: When you request a demo, complete an online form, or communicate with our sales or technical support teams, we retain copies of your inquiries and communication transcripts.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Log and Device Infrastructure Metadata: When you browse our Website, our servers automatically log your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system configuration, browser type, referring URLs, access timestamps, and specific pages viewed.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We utilize first-party and third-party cookies, web beacons, and analytical tracking pixels to optimize Website performance, remember account configurations, and evaluate the efficacy of our marketing campaigns. You may manage your cookie preferences through your individual browser software settings.
