1. Start a trial
Visit Start your free trial. Trials default to Scale for 7 calendar days without a credit card at signup.
2. Sign in
Use /login and complete account terms when prompted.
3. Add your site
Manage → Websites → add your public website URL → wait for the first crawl.
4. Configure
Engage → Manage, set widget appearance, primary facts, greeting, quick replies, and alert recipients.
5. Test

6. Deploy
Copy Engage → Deploy snippet to your website. See HTML embed.
