SCALE2REV, LLC – ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Last Updated: May 19, 2026

Effective Date: May 19, 2026

Location: scale2rev.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the governing rules and restrictions for accessing and using the cloud-based platforms, software, applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), conversational interfaces, websites, and artificial intelligence capabilities (collectively, the "Services") provided by Scale2Rev, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to all current and future software modules, seat-licensed tools, bundles, and product lines launched by Scale2Rev, LLC.

By accessing or using the Services, you, your employees, and any authorized representatives, users, or clients ("Users," "Client," or "you") agree to comply with this AUP.

Violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of Scale2Rev's Terms of Service (scale2rev.com/legal/terms-of-service) and may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of your access to the Services without prior notice or financial liability to us.

1. TECHNICAL INTEGRITY & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE GUARDS

Because our Services utilize advanced automated workflows, large language models (LLMs), and cloud-hosted computational infrastructure, Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise, extract, exploit, or inflate the costs of the underlying technology. You agree not to, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Model Extraction and Cloning (Distillation): Use the computational outputs, data streams, scripts, or responses generated by the Services to train, retrain, fine-tune, align, benchmark, or improve any competing machine learning model, large language model, automated workflow, or artificial intelligence system.
  • Adversarial Inputs & Jailbreaking: Input malicious syntax, override scripts, system prompts bypass commands, or "jailbreak" formulations designed to circumvent safety filters, expose underlying proprietary instructions, manipulate core system logic, or force the automated systems to perform unauthorized computations.
  • Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying data schemas, prompt sequencing, or algorithmic logic of any Scale2Rev service or proprietary software element.
  • Infrastructure Abuse and Overloading: Interfere with or disrupt the baseline performance, stability, or integrity of the Services. This includes executing unannounced automated load testing, spamming API endpoints, or launching Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks that generate artificial compute time or token usage.

2. DATA INGESTION, PRIVACY, & CRAWLING GUARDRAILS

Certain features within our Services allow for the intake or ingestion of external digital materials (e.g., instructing the platform to crawl website data, process documentation, or store user information). Users must ensure all information submitted to the platform meets the following compliance benchmarks:

  • Intellectual Property Integrity: You may not submit, upload, or direct the Services to ingest, scrape, or process any text, website layout, document, or content asset unless you hold clear legal ownership, explicit licensing rights, or proper authorization to do so. Ingesting competitor websites or third-party copyrighted materials without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized Data Scraping: You may not use Scale2Rev tools to scrape, harvest, or extract Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from internet users in violation of applicable data privacy laws, nor bypass any target environment's robots.txt instructions or security access gates.
  • Regulated and Sensitive Data Restriction: Unless expressly authorized via a separate, legally executed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Scale2Rev, LLC, you are strictly prohibited from inputting or directing the platform to collect highly sensitive data. This includes Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI) data, biometric identifiers, passport/social security numbers, or financial account credentials.

3. PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL & MARKETING OPERATIONS

Scale2Rev products are built exclusively to facilitate legitimate B2B sales development, customer engagement, and marketing optimization. The Services must never be deployed for deceptive, abusive, or malicious commercial operations. Prohibited actions include:

  • Deceptive Representation: Deploying conversational automated systems that deliberately mask your corporate identity, explicitly pretend to be biological human beings rather than software automated interfaces, or generate deceptive multi-media representations (including unauthorized voice clones or deepfakes).
  • Unsolicited Communications (Spam): Utilizing generated outbound marketing strings, lead generation datasets, or communication workflows in clear violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), or corresponding international anti-spam legislation.
  • Illegal Activities and Harm: Deploying the platform to market, automate, or optimize activities centered around unlawful product procurement, human trafficking, weapons manufacturing, illicit chemical sales, non-consensual sexual content, or cyber-vulnerability deployment (malware/phishing).

4. HIGH-RISK APPLICATIONS & SAFETY LIMITATIONS

Due to the innate variable nature of generative artificial intelligence outputs (including potential generation anomalies or hallucinations), the Services may not be deployed in operational lanes where automated text or decisions pose a threat to human safety, civil rights, or critical personal infrastructure. You are prohibited from using the Services for:

  • Unsupervised Professional Advice: Operating conversational platforms intended to issue definitive legal counsel, standalone medical/diagnostic guidance, or critical financial investment advisory services that legally require human professional licensing.
  • Automated Profiling Decisions: Deploying systems to automatically evaluate, accept, or reject individuals for creditworthiness, employment onboarding, housing access, law enforcement risk assessments, or real-time public biometric evaluations.

5. SYSTEM MONITORING, ENFORCEMENT, & REVISIONS

Scale2Rev retains full technical and administrative authority to safeguard its platform, corporate reputation, and third-party upstream infrastructure providers.

  • Account Audits and Suspensions: We reserve the right to review platform metadata, compute volumes, ingestion pathways, and output behaviors to audit compliance with this policy. Scale2Rev may temporarily suspend or permanently freeze access to any User seat or entire enterprise Client account if we determine a violation of this AUP has occurred.
  • Legal and Regulatory Cooperation: Scale2Rev reserves the right to report any operational behaviors violating federal, state, or international statutes to the proper regulatory or law enforcement channels, cooperating fully with legal investigations.
  • AUP Amendments: As emerging AI regulatory standards, international compliance laws, and our software frameworks scale, Scale2Rev will amend this AUP. Your continued utilization of the Services following the posting of an updated draft to scale2rev.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy confirms binding acceptance of the updated terms.
